He was also before high school the #1 ranked middle school basketball player in New England.

Coach Ty aka "TySkillz" is one of the best and most respected advanced basketball skills trainers around Connecticut. He is well known for his superb dribbling skills, innovative ball handing drills and his charisma. Over the years, he has helped develop and train players from the basketball grassroots all the way up to the collegiate level. He is amongst the top CT youth basketball coaches, leading his former/current AAU and travel teams to multiple state and AAU regional championships. During his time at Warren Harding HS, he helped lead his #1 ranked basketball team to the CT Class LL State Championship finishing the season as one of the Top 20 teams in the Tri-State area. He went on to attend Southern Connecticut State University.

With over 45 years of experience running basketball programs in Stratford, Connecticut, Coach Frank Langston has dedicated his life to developing young athletes. He has coached for 35 years at both the high school and AAU levels, fostering talent and passion for the game.
A former standout athlete, Coach Langston was an All-State and All-Conference player in high school, and he earned All-Conference honors twice during his college career. He specializes in teaching youth basketball skills, including ball handling, shooting, and basketball IQ, helping players elevate their abilities both on and off the court.
A Stratford High School Hall of Fame inductee, Coach Langston takes pride in mentoring his students and is proud to say that many of his understudies have gone on to play college basketball.

Coach Ty graduated from Kolbe Cathedral high school as one of the top players in the the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC). He is a two-time All-State and three-time All SWC selection. He has been mentioned amongst best players by the New England Recruiting Report (NERR). He is also a former Connecticut chess state champion.
